This policy applies to physical products, digital products (Fine Teachings), and services (online mentoring and coaching) purchased from our store.

EU Right of Withdrawal (14-Day Return Period)

As required by EU consumer protection law, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason, subject to the exceptions listed below.

1. Physical Products (Cosmetics, Food Items, Items, etc.)

Withdrawal Period:
The withdrawal period expires 14 days from the day on which you (or a third party other than the carrier indicated by you) acquire physical possession of the goods.

How to Exercise Your Right:

Return Process:

  1. Contact us at office@w-holy.com to notify us of your withdrawal
  2. We will send you an email with complete return instructions, including the return address and shipping carrier information
  3. You must send back the goods without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day you communicate your withdrawal
  4. You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods unless otherwise specified in our email

Condition of Returned Goods:
Goods must be returned in their original, unopened condition with all seals intact and in original packaging.

IMPORTANT - No Returns for Opened Items:
For health and hygiene reasons, the following items CANNOT be returned once opened or unsealed:

  • Cosmetics and skincare products
  • Food items and supplements
  • Any sealed goods that have been unsealed after delivery

2. Digital Products (Fine Teachings - Videos, PDFs, Digital Content)

Withdrawal Period:
You have 14 days from the date of purchase to withdraw from a digital product purchase.

IMPORTANT - Loss of Right of Withdrawal:
By completing your purchase of digital content (Fine Teachings), you expressly confirm and agree that:

  • The digital content will be made available to you immediately after purchase
  • You acknowledge that you will lose your right of withdrawal once you begin downloading or accessing the content
  • Once you have downloaded or streamed any part of the digital content, the right of withdrawal is forfeited

3. Services (Online Mentoring, Coaching, Digital Sessions)

Withdrawal Period:
You have 14 days from the date of purchase to withdraw from a service contract and receive a full refund, provided the service has not yet been scheduled or performed.

IMPORTANT - Loss of Right of Withdrawal:
By completing your purchase and scheduling a session, you expressly confirm and agree that:

  • The service will begin at the scheduled time
  • You will lose your right of withdrawal once the service has been fully performed
  • Refunds are no longer available once a session has been scheduled

Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy:

  • At least 24 hours before the session: You may reschedule your appointment to a new date and time by contacting us at [Your Email]. No refund will be provided, but you may choose a new appointment slot.
  • Less than 24 hours before the session or No-Show: If you fail to cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours before the scheduled session, or if you do not attend the scheduled session, the full purchase price will be forfeited and no refund or rescheduling will be available.

Refunds

If you withdraw from this contract (where permitted), we will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs for physical products (except for supplementary costs arising if you chose a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery).

We will make the reimbursement without undue delay, and not later than:

  • For physical products: 14 days after we receive the returned goods in unopened condition or proof that you have sent them back
  • For services: 14 days after we receive your withdrawal notice, provided the service has not yet been scheduled. Once a service appointment has been scheduled, no refunds are available - only rescheduling (subject to the 24-hour notice requirement)
  • For digital products: Refunds are only possible if you have not yet downloaded or accessed the content

We will use the same payment method you used for the original transaction unless expressly agreed otherwise. You will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement.

Exceptions to Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does NOT apply to:

  • Sealed cosmetics, skincare products, or food items that have been unsealed or opened after delivery (for health and hygiene reasons)
  • Digital content (Fine Teachings) once you have begun downloading or accessing the content
  • Services that have been fully performed
  • Scheduled service appointments (no refunds available, only rescheduling with 24 hours' notice)
  • Service appointments that were not cancelled at least 24 hours in advance or where you did not attend (no-show)
  • Goods made to your specifications or clearly personalized

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive damaged or defective goods, please contact us immediately at [Your Email] with photos of the damage. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund including return shipping costs. This does not affect your statutory rights.
