Refund and Return Policy

This policy applies to physical products, digital products (Fine Teachings), and services (online mentoring and coaching).

EU Right of Withdrawal (14-Day Return Period)

You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason, subject to the exceptions listed below.

1. Physical Products

Contact us at office@w-holy.com to initiate a return. Goods must be returned in original, unopened condition. For health and hygiene reasons, opened cosmetics, skincare, and food items cannot be returned.

2. Digital Products

You have 14 days from purchase to withdraw. The right of withdrawal is forfeited once you begin downloading or accessing the content.

3. Services (Online Mentoring & Coaching)

Full refund available if the service has not yet been scheduled. Once scheduled, only rescheduling is available with at least 24 hours' notice. No refund or rescheduling for no-shows or cancellations under 24 hours.
